Examples of images / attachments to add to a JSA

Examples of images for a JSA

There is no limit to the size or file-type of image that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png.

Suggestions of what you might add to a JSA are:

  • Photos of the worksite;
  • Photos of environmental hazards on site;
  • Photos of other hazards on site.

Examples of attachments for a JSA

There is no limit to the size or file-type of the attachments that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xls, or .xlsx.

Suggestions of what you might add to a JSA are:

  • Proof of insurance cover;
  • Health and safety meeting notes/toolbox notes;
  • Copies of scaffolding certificates;
  • Permits;
  • Licences;
  • Training/Qualifications;
  • MSDs;
  • Site Plan;
  • Police checks of employees and/or contractors;
  • Any WorkSafe reports or inspections;
  • Copies of subcontractors’ JSAs;
  • Client reports.
