To do this, please click on “Assets” in the program menu.

Find the asset that you want to work with.  Double click on the asset name or click the “Open” button to the right of the asset name.

Click the “Edit” button on the right-hand side.

Add a “Decommission Date” by clicking in the field to the right of the name.

Click the “Save” button.

When you now go to “Assets” in the program menu, you’ll only see this asset if the “Active” drop-down is set to “No“.
