JSA Reporting

JSA Reporting

There are a number of ways of getting information out of the Hasmate program about one or more JSAs.

Printable Profiles

As per each module in the Hasmate program, the JSA module has a “Profile” button on the top right hand side of the screen, and a printable version of the information will show on your screen.  From there, you could print this, or save as a PDF to email to somebody.

For particular information about the JSA printable profile, click here.

Search Results

Let’s assume you want to get a basic data dump of all active JSAs in the Hasmate program.

To get this information, you can go to “JSA” on the main navigation, and then on the search page, make sure that “Active” is Yes, leave all other fields as is, and click “Search“.

On the right hand of the screen, click the “Export” button.

This will download a .CSV file to your computer (an unstyled Excel spreadsheet).  It will show some basic information about each JSA – e.g. it will show the fields from the “JSA Details” section.

For particular information about the JSA search, click here.

Reporting

There are some preset JSA reports set up in “Community Reports“.

NOTE – if you can’t find a report that you would like in Community Reports, please email Rachel to discuss the creation of a custom report.

In this case, we would change “Report Type” to “JSA“, and then click “Search“.

You’ll see the following reports:

  • Client Report – this allows you to see how many JSAs/contracts have been completed for a client/s over a set time period.
  • Permits Report – this allows you to see how many permits (grouped by type) have been used in JSAs over a set time period.
  • Job Requirements Report – this allows you to see what job requirements (e.g. scaffolding, security services, portacom, etc. grouped by the subcontractor that provided them) have been used in JSAs over a set time period
  • JSA Status Report – this allows you to see how many JSAs are at each JSA status over a set time period.
  • Business Level Report – this allows you to see how many JSAs are connected to a business level/branch/department over a set time period.

You can either double click on the report name, or click “Preview” on the right hand side.

Each report has parameters – usually:

  • Active – do you want to show only active JSAs or inactive JSAs?
  • Date Range – this will be the date range to capture the Start Date of the JSA.  This won’t capture the End Date.
  • And another variable, e.g. Client Name, Permit Type, etc.  This will allow you to tick one option, or more than one.

The report will now be displayed.

From here, if you’re happy with the report, you can export it.  At the top of the report, are a number of buttons, including:

The first button allows you to print the report.

The second button allows you to print the first page.

The third button brings up a dropdown of 9 options (the most popular options are noted below):

  • PDF
  • XLS
  • XLSX

By clicking on one of these, you can then choose where to save the document on your computer, and what to name it.

NOTE – if you can’t find a report that you would like in Community Reports, please email Rachel to discuss the creation of a custom report.
