JSA Alerts

JSA Alerts

There are three fields in the JSA module, with expiry or review dates that appear in “Alerts“.

Insurance Expiry Date

The “Insurance Expiry Date” field is in the JSA Description section of the JSA module.

We have made this an alert, as it would be hugely detrimental to your business if your public liability insurance lapsed.  Filling out this field on the JSA is a great reminder to keep it active.

Note – if you add the “Insurance Expiry Date” to every JSA, this will appear in Alerts one time for each JSA – even though technically it’s covered by the same public liability insurance.

Licence Expiry Date

The “Licence Expiry Date” field is in the Licences/Qualifications section of the JSA module.

For more information about the Licences/Qualifications section, click here.

Inspection Review Date

The “Inspection Review Date” field is in the Inspections section of the JSA module.

We have made this an alert, as it is important to know what inspections are due, and when.
