Latest Update 5th November 2024

Latest Update 5th November 2024

The latest upgrade is detailed below.

The Addition of GHS Classifications

New Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for hazardous substances now have GHS Classifications, instead of HSNO Classifications.  We have revised the HSNO Classifications section in the Chemicals module to accommodate both types of Classifications.

The Addition of a Test Certificate Expiry Date

Where a chemical requires a location/test certificate, there is already a “Test Certificate Required” field in the Chemicals module.

We have now added a “Test Certificate Expiry Date” field into the Chemicals module, which will create an alert when the expiry date is close.

Changed Field Sizes for some Chemical Fields

We have changed some chemical fields to be multi-line, instead of single line fields, to allow for more information, and for it to display better.

Bug Fix – Hazard Name display

It was brought to our attention that if you had an associated risk/hazard connected to an incident, the incident printable profile displayed the hazard description, instead of the hazard name.

This was also a problem if you associated a hazard to an asset.  The asset printable profile displayed the hazard description, instead of the hazard name.

This has been fixed for both scenarios.
