Latest Update 26th August 2021

Latest Update 26th August 2021

The latest upgrade is detailed below.

Complex passwords

All new program trial users, etc. will have to set up a login with a password that must be a minimum of 8 characters. The password must contain at least 1 number, must contain at least 1 letter, and must contain at least 1 of the following .!@#$^&*()_+ .

You’ll also notice this change:

  • if you are setting up new Security Users with passwords;
  • if you are using the “Forgot Password” functionality; and
  • if you are using the “Reset Password” functionality – found when logged in, under “Account” on the navigation.

Employee training review date vs expiry date

Previously, if you were viewing an employee’s training – either on their page or through the “Training” module, there was a column called “Expiry/Review Date” which displayed the expiry date for the trainings.  The next review date for the training wasn’t visible, unless you opened the training for more detail.

We have renamed this column to “Expiry Date”, and added an additional column for “Review Date”.

Business Levels not displaying in Training module

Previously, if you were viewing a training module, in the “Employees Completed” section, it would display the following fields:

  • Employee Name
  • Training Result
  • Date Received
  • Review Date
  • Expiry Date
  • Business Level 1 (whatever you have this named, e.g. Branch)

However, the Business Level 1 column was showing blank.  This had been working prior to another recent upgrade, and is now displaying correctly.
