Examples of images / attachments to add to a hazard

Examples of images for a hazard

There is no limit to the size or file-type of image that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png.

Some suggestions of what you might add to a hazard are:

  • A photo of the risk/hazard;
  • A photo of the equipment/machinery/vehicle/etc involved in the hazard; or
  • A photo of the location of the hazard

Examples of attachments for a hazard

There is no limit to the size or file-type of the attachments that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xls, or .xlsx.

Some suggestions of what you might add to a hazard are:

  • A copy of the Safe Operating Procedure for the equipment/machinery/vehicle/etc involved in the hazard;
  • A copy of the machine manual (if appropriate);
  • A copy of any offline risk assessments; or
  • A copy of meeting records and/or signed off risk/hazard assessment meetings.
