Examples of attachments for a document
There is no limit to the size or file-type of the attachments that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program. Suggested file types are .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xls, or .xlsx.
Some suggestions of what you might add to a document are:
- Multiple copies of the document in question – e.g. note the date and version number in the Comments field;
- Machine and equipment manuals;
- WorkSafe NZ code of practice; or
- WorkSafe NZ worksheets/guidelines.
