Examples of images for a contractor

There is no limit to the size or file-type of image that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png.

Some suggestions of what you might add to a contractor are:

  • A photo of the contractor and their employees (the ones you’re likely to work with – for identification); or
  • A photo of their machinery/vehicles/equipment (if appropriate).

Examples of attachments for a contractor

There is no limit to the size or file-type of the attachments that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xls, or .xlsx.

Some suggestions of what you might add to a contractor are:

  • A copy of their H&S policies and insurance policy;
  • A copy of your formal agreement with the contractor;
  • A copy of their training records/certificates; or
  • A copy of any audits, reviews, contractor prequalification, etc.
