Examples of images / attachments to add to a chemical

Examples of images for a chemical

There is no limit to the size or file-type of image that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png.

Some suggestions of what you might add to a chemical are:

  • A photo of the chemical’s label;
  • A photo of where the chemical is stored;
  • Images of the inside of the storage facility; or
  • A site plan to show storm-water drains.

Examples of attachments for a chemical

There is no limit to the size or file-type of the attachments that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xls, or .xlsx.

Some suggestions of what you might add to a chemical are:

  • A copy of the chemical’s SDS;
  • A copy of any SOP that’s appropriate;
  • Any special notes about the chemical;
  • The procedure and images for bunding in a spillage; or
  • A copy of the emergency response procedure and the team.
