For smaller businesses or business start-ups, this can be an easy way to get started with health and safety.

With many years working (auditing, training, coaching, etc.) in the health and safety industry, we can use our knowledge, experience, and a common-sense approach to develop a custom health and safety system to suit your business.


Custom health and safety systems (offline solution) include:

  • A health and safety plan, with all supporting procedures, flowcharts, and forms;
  • Employment documentation;
  • Safe operating procedures (SOPs) appropriate for your business;
  • Hazard registers, or industry hazard register template – as appropriate;

How we determine what’s required in the System:

  • It starts with a phone call, discussing your business, what it does, how many employees, etc.
  • From there, we request an emailed brief of what you are looking for, in regards to health and safety.
  • We then put together a proposal of what the health and safety system will contain, and all costs involved – for you to approve.
  • We put together a contract – containing our terms and conditions, some costings, etc – for you to sign.
  • We then put together the system – including your logo, images (if provided by you), etc.
