Making a JSA active or inactive

Making a JSA active or inactive

Please click on “JSA” in the program menu.  By default, the Search page shows only active JSAs.

Active JSAs

An active JSA is one that hasn’t passed the Contract Completion Date.  E.g. if today is the 17th November 2022, and the Contract Completion Date for the JSA is 24th November 2022, then the JSA is still active.

If a job/contract is completed earlier than expected, you can click “Edit” in the JSA, and manually change the Contract Completion Date to the new date, and if that date has passed, the JSA will become inactive.

Inactive JSAs

An inactive JSA is one that has passed the Contract Completion Date.  E.g. if today is the 17th November 2022, and the Contract Completion Date for the JSA is 13th November 2022, then the JSA is inactive.

If a job/contract is completed later than expected, you can click “Edit” in the JSA, and manually change the Contract Completion Date to the new date, and if that date has not passed, the JSA will be active.

To view all inactive JSAs, click “JSA” on the main navigation, where you’ll see the Search page.  Change the “Active” dropdown to “No”, and click “Search“.  This will show you all inactive JSAs.
