Examples of images for an employee

There is no limit to the size or file-type of image that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png.

Some suggestions of what you might add to an employee are:

  • A photo of the employee;
  • A photo of the employee’s drivers’ licence; or
  • A photo of any of the employee’s other training records or licences (if you want them to display on the printable profile – otherwise, upload them into Attachments).

Examples of attachments for an employee

There is no limit to the size or file-type of the attachments that can be uploaded to the Hasmate program.  Suggested file types are .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xls, or .xlsx.

Some suggestions of what you might add to an employee are:

  • A copy of their employment contract agreement;
  • A scanned copy of any doctors certificates;
  • Any ACC information;
  • A digital copy of any employment proceedings, completed forms; or
  • A copy of any of the employee’s other training records/certificates.
